Processes
    Here are some powerful TAG Processes to help you navigate your life.
Each of them were created with the participation and instruction of those in Spiritual worlds and contain the love, protection and blessings that They are waiting to shower into your life.
     In many systems, healers work with seven chakras; energy centers of a circuitry system of survival. Within TAG we work with the full chakra system through twelve basic chakras as represented by our Original circuitry blueprint. Each of the twelve chakra in the Original system links with corresponding energy centers in the Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Galactic bodies. The health of these centers are critical to your health.

     The chakras are sustained by full spectrum of Light; the entire color band. That means that every chakra needs all colors of the Light spectrum. A single color approach will imbalance the system similar to the way negative energies, such as fear, do within your life.
       This is the tool you can use to redesign and expand your life. Unlike an affirmation, the Reality Shift works from the higher realms and is directed by your soul design.
It is very important to focus on what you desire and sometimes that is clear because of the experiences you no longer want.

There are three steps:

Step 1. Describe your ideal world as if you are experiencing it now. This is similar to an affirmation
but need not be specific. Write a sentence using personal and present tense, i.e., “I now am...."
You are choosing your next experience and in the process old patterns can be transformed.

Step  2.  Ask your spiritual team, "Please move me and all to whom I am loving connected into this
chosen reality”.

Step  3.  Next, ask your spiritual team, to “TAG and Transform, anything which has, is or would keep
us from this experience.”

A Realty Shift can be repeated three to four times for the first three days. After that, repeat it as you wish. You can also create a card with your reality statement to post on your mirror, refrigerator, in your office, etc. Use the Brain Balance

Each chakra in the basic system links with corresponding energy centers in the Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Galactic bodies. The health of these centers are critical to your health.

     Gemstones are usually single spectrum stones. Energy healers use them for specific situations and they do not have the full spectrum needed by the chakras. They are beautiful and have been assigned as the "color" for each chakra.

    For the TAG chakra balancing, you will want to find at least twelve rocks from nature. They may come from a river bank, lake or ocean beach, from your garden or other places in nature. Lava rocks are not ones that will feed and balance as they act at poultices to draw out negative frequencies. You may feel guided to have some in your healing toolbox. Just remember, since their job is to draw out, they will need to be cleansed regularly in the sun and moon energies. You will want to place a nature stone on the area where the poultice stones have removed density. This will feed and rebalance that specific area.

     Now, to balance your chakras. Take your twelve nature stones. Lay down in a quiet and sacred space. Cover yourself with a cozy cover to stay warm and to provide a place for the stones. Ask that the TAG healers be present along with your own team of teachers. Speak the qualities you require for your space such as: safe, loving, wise, deeply healing, commited, etc.

     Then, place the stones on each of the chakra centers and lie quietly in your Sacred energy space. When you are ready, ask the TAG healers to "Active the TAG Matrix Balance for the Chakras".
Allow at least 30 minutes as the work is done; all chakras activated, new pathways opened, new circutry created and the work on the physical centers to be duplicated in the Mental, Emotional, Spiritual and Galactic bodies.

     You can do this as you go to bed at night and even drift off into sleep. As the stones roll off, their work is complete.

Taking back your space includes the energy space of your body. Use the Chakra Balancing to bring health to your life.
Daily Practice
It all begins in energy.

As I woke up this morning, there was a clear message laying at the edge of my consciousness…. “hard times”. This is not anything that I would usually bring into the waking world with me and so I checked it out with my Spiritual team.

“Yes, indeed”, they said. “Worth listening to.”

And so I did.

I was reminded that it is always true that then an individual is in fear, pain, doubt, loneliness, they are more vulnerable to attracting energies that would attach themselves to the individual’s space. Now, more than ever, we have frantic groups of parasitic beings in the unseen who are desperate to find out of balance energy on which to anchor. At the same time, we have messages coming at us that “all is not well; terrorists, swine flu, foreclosures, job layoffs, etc. This is a combination ready for disaster.

Or is it?

It all depends on Energy, your energy!

How will you ride through these days that may bring panic and despair amidst peace and delight?
The way that Masters have done it through the ages is with a daily spiritual practice, a discipline designed to keep an individual’s energy space balanced despite the upheavals around her.

Here is a powerful one from the TAG work that I suggest:
1.Surround yourself with the Red Rock vortex often during the day.
2.Activate The TAG Matrix of Transmutation in behalf of yourself and all to whom you are connected in love.
3.Declare mentally or verbally:
a.The third world is corrected
b.The thirteenth group is removed and replaced with mentors of wisdom, strength and commitment
c.All sacred contracts for limit are fulfilled and forgiven
d.All contracts with outsiders/parasitics are identified and eliminate
4.Claim mentally or verbally, “The systems and circuitries of my physical body suit are corrected, connected, upgraded and
          activated for my Divine mission
5.I active the TAG Matrix of Transmutation on all cellular, genetic history and storage of mine and of all to whom I am connected
          in love”.
6.At any sign of discomfort, Ask , “are you of my light?’ 3 x. Ask the TAG and PTO Spiritual teams to identify and remove all
         layers that are not back to their home of origin.
7.Activate TAG and Transform on all discomfort that you feel or sense in those around you

The Twelve Basic Chakras

The path unfoldment for the chakras are different in male and female. This difference is in support of their unique missions.
Female:

  1. Causal

Brain Balance
To anchor and integrate new Realities into your brain and neurological system your brain needs the same movement that it used as a child to program the brain. Here is one movement that will work.

A. Read the Reality Statement.
B. Cross Crawl....March in place crossing the meridian of your body, left hand to right knee and right hand to left knee. As you Cross Crawl, keep your face forward and move your eyes as if they are paintbrushes that you are using to paint the wall in front of you.
    
C. Puppet. March in place lifting right hand and right leg at the same time and then left hand and left leg at the same time. As you do the puppet, move your eyes like paintbrushes as in step B.
   
D. Visualize the Reality Statement as if you were in the experience.

E. Hold both hands out to the side at shoulder height. Each hand symbolizes one hemisphere of your brain. Gently, lift your hands above your head and interlace fingers. Then bring the linked hands down to through the chakras and draw energy into your hands from the earth.
F.      Cross crawl to anchor the reality into the body.

A shortened version of a Brain Balance can be done in bed, at your desk, in a bus, etc.

A.     Cross your legs at the ankles.
B.     Cross your wrists and interlace your fingers.
C.     Roll your laced hands up to your chest.
D.     Touch your tongue to the roof of your mouth.
E.     Think through your Realty Statement.

Also, any movement or dance will work as a way to anchor the new information into the brain and neurological system.
Creating a Daily Practice will help you develop new habits.
Your Reaction to Pain's Signals Indicates Your Brain Funcion
The predominant experiences that humanity has had on this planet is survival. We know what it takes to survive. Survival is the goal of our lower brain function, our lower consciousness, and a good thing to have.
When a situation arises that is outside of one’s tribal mind, family constructs or beyond the contexts of what has been safe there is a discomfort, a signal that something might be threatening “life” as the individual has become to think of “life.” When faced with change, something new or unfamiliar the lower brain’s automatic responses are to freeze, fight or flee.

In a survival state, we are not taught how to look at the discomfort as a signal that there may be an invitation to expand, explore. Survival kicks in with obedience to freeze, fight and flee. But, change will not be stopped and the invitation of discomfort will come again and again. The pain escalates until what began as a subtle message to re-examine becomes stronger and stronger pain. Eventually it feels like a 2X4 smacking you at the side of your head. Something bad happening to a good person.
It is not uncommon for individuals to loop in chronic pain, mental, emotional, physical, psychological pain because they do not understand the process. That is how “no growth without great pain” came to be accepted as true and necessary.

It is in letting go of tribal mind, family constructs and breaking out of boxes of our dogmas that we find a new, expansive version of ourselves and our lives. The stories, concepts, dogmas we have been taught to accept as absolutes will always be challenged. That is the nature of growth.
As a species we are being asked to move from the lower brain survival function of freeze, fight and flee into the higher brain functions of presence, curiosity, reframe to solve, explore and embrace. In the higher consciousness of the frontal cortex, the unknown is seen and faced with clarity and adventure. There is no fear, freeze and escalating pain. The new is named for what it is, a possibility. The next step is curiosity:
what was the old,
    is it still valuable
    what is the new possibility
    where would it lead
    wonder what and who might come into my life to move me to the new with excitement to work
         for solution.

When one becomes aware that pain/discomfort is simply a message saying that something needs to change or be released, then one can move quickly into a higher brain response. It begins with awareness, a choice and the processes to activate and cultivate the frontal lobe. And an integrated healing path will transform old patterns of fear as new consciousness is cultivated.

Several years ago, I was at a workshop for those wanting to work as political leaders. One young woman wondered how she could stay motivated to take action. Her mother’s motivation in the 60’s had been anger, which had moved her to fight through protests and sit-ins, the survival mode. It was necessary then and not a fit for her daughter.

The daughter was reaping benefits from the fight and felt no need to be angry. Therefore, what motivation?
I suggested that the next step for her would be to move from the lower brain of survival into the higher consciousness of clarity for common good. Seeing what is still missing, what could be and then ask:
“How can I help my community get there?
“Who do I know that would work with curiosity and excitement to accomplish new things?”

We are living in times when one can begin to look for new invitations and work through our higher brain to achieve them.
After that happens, one begins to look for symbols and signs all around coming from a benevolent world, a safe and loving world. Invitations to explore, to stretch, to walk life with a deep sense of generosity, love and adventure.

By then one has recognized that at our core, human nature is good and the world reflects all aspects of good back to us.

Pain becomes a message about expansion, not about death. We can embrace the pain, thank it for alerting us. Then, we move from struggling with the concept that pain means danger to pain telling us to look forward to new solutions and living.
